Commercial/ Residential contracting firm. Which is run
and operated by James and Lorrie Lemons as a family run
company. In the summer of 2019. We have expanded our
company to Cold Creek Commercial Contracting Inc.
with a unlimited contractor’s license status to
focus on commercial projects.
James Lemons the
owner of cold creek contracting. With over 15+ years of
experience. Working in the Residential and the
Commercial construction industry. Building hundreds of
homes, townhomes, apartments, and light commercial
buildings. Also, during his early years in the industry
he worked for his father’s construction company Lemons
Construction, where he has acquired the hands on
experience in all aspects from framing to extensive
remodeling.
